Billing & Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

The Billing Engineer will be responsible for preparing and managing client and subcontractor bills for civil construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves quantity measurement, BOQ verification, RA bill preparation, rate analysis, reconciliation and coordination with site and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare client RA bills and subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements
• Prepare and verify measurement sheets and quantity calculations
• Verify BOQ quantities, rates and executed work against drawings and site records
• Coordinate with site engineers for daily measurements and work progress
• Prepare quantity reconciliation and material reconciliation statements
• Check work quantities against approved drawings and specifications
• Assist in rate analysis and variation statement preparation
• Maintain billing records, supporting documents and project documentation
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and site teams for billing matters
• Prepare monthly progress and billing reports

Required Qualifications

Required Experience

Minimum 5+ years of experience in billing for civil construction, highway or infrastructure projects.
